1	Aerolive Tablet	2 to 4 tables with water
2	Aerolive Syrub	5 to 10ml 2 to 3 times a day
3	Asta Chooranam	1 to 3 gms with ghee or butter milk twice a day
4	Aerolive Capsule	1 or 2 capsules twice/thrice a day
