Process:

             Boil tortoise shell in a mixture of 2 and 3, till all water is lost. Then wash the shell in water and break into smaller pieces. Powder finely. Place in an earthern vessel along with sufficient quantity of 4 to submerge the pieces and calcine using 100 cow dung cakes. Collect the contents and grind into a fine paste with more of no. 4. Make small cakes, dry and calcine them once again with 100 dung cakes. Repeat grinding and calcination once or twice more if necessary. Powder the final product. The product should be pure white.

Indications: 

              Diarrhoea in children (due to acidity) and primary complex.

Dosage:

              100 to 200 mg twice a day with honey or breast milk.
